From identity to print material, interactivity to exhibition design, I loved to be involved from scratch to finish.

For short, I can describe my self as Designer with an artistic sight, a logic technicality thinking, blessed with craftsman hands.
I am a really simple family man who love making models, press a shutter button, take a lot of traveling and breath creatively.

How I value my team:
Skill, Knowledge, and Abilities Attitude. If they don’t have enough skill then I train them. If they don’t have knowledge then I teach them. And if they don’t have a good attitude, then I”ll be their parent.
Being the Leader of the creative process is not as easy as it seems. Digging up the real potential of my team, make sure they walk the same path as a team, and unleash the power within is the only way to create a great communication material.
I am nothing without them.

Boys will be boys. the different is just the number and the scale of the toys.
For me, it's not just a toy, the miniatures is something I can put my childhood imagination into, and I consider this thing as an Artwork, a Big detailed world in small scale.
If I can put this hobby seriously, imagine what will I do with the creative designs.
